Lovely lady phlebotomist/nurse. Didn’t feel it at all when she took blood. Amazing technique. Was sympathetic- mentioned personal issues having been dealing with a dying sibling recently. She was great and non judgmental. A credit to the surgery and the NHS

I received a text saying I was booked to have a cancer smear 16/9/24 17.10 and when I arrived to see Anne Sparkes she said there was a mix up and I wasn’t supposed to if got the text and the appointment
